Wuling is committed to resource-efficient, and environment-friendly growth while always striving to balance project development with ecological protection. This is achieved by allocating more resources for environmental protection.
Cultural relics, historical sites, and rare trees have been protected. In addition, multiple steps have been taken to improve energy efficiency and reduce emissions from thermal power plants.
By the end of 2021, Wuling had generated accumulative green energy of 321.87 TWh, equivalent to reducing standard coal consumption by 128.74 million tones.
Strategy and Goals
Wuling gives priority to hydropower and renewable energy, takes the lead in developing new business patterns, and strives to enhance power station services. Aiming at a goal of doubling the total installed capacity to 20GW by 2025, Wuling is on its way to become a world-class smart clean energy provider.
